Kanye West announces Glow In The Dark Tour - Read Below
Kanye West has announced his "Glow In The Dark" Tour recently, which will feature Lupe Fiasco, N.E.R.D. and labelmate Rihanna. Details on dates and venues have not been released yet.
The tour should run from late spring to early fall of 2008. West has traditionally toured during the summer.
West has already toured with his newest album, Graduation, during Oct. and Nov. of last year. His U.S. stops included Nashville, Philly, Boston and Miami.
N.E.R.D., the trio of Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley, is said to be finishing up their third album, N.3.R.D. The group has taken a four-year hiatus from their previous two gold efforts. The trio recently leaked a track off the project titled “Everybody Nose”.
The tour will also link all three elements of rap supergroup C.R.S. (Child Rebel Soldier), which is compiled of Kanye, Lupe and Pharrell. Early in 2007, the trio released the track “Us Placers”, which sampled Thom Yorke's single from his solo album "The Eraser". Lupe has previously announced plans to release a CRS album in late 2008.
Common is rumored to be featured on a couple of stops as well, as well as other G.O.O.D. Music acts, such as Consequence and Malik Yusef.
