In the book Bernstein alleges that former President William Jefferson Clinton was on the verge of divorcing Hilary because of Marilyn Jo Jenkins who is described as a “Arkansas utility company official” who knew Clinton during his days as Governor of Arkansas.
Both Clinton and Jenkins described their time together, which was recorded in public rolls, as being quite innocent.
